Jumping model wolf
Jose Luis Rodriguez, the winner of the Veolia Environnement Wildlife Photographer of the Year award, has been disqualified after judges ruled that the haunting portrait of an Iberian wolf was probably a trained model and not a wild wolf.Hmm, at least it's not a fake wolf. But honestly: nice shot!

New York City Buys Historic Coney Island Tract From Developer
A sign for the historic Wonder Wheel is seen at the Coney Island amusement park November 12, 2009 in the Brooklyn borough of New York City. After years of blight, city officials have agreed to purchase seven acres of real estate in Coney Island for around $96 million in order to expand and modernize the amusement area. The area has been deteriorating for decades following an earlier heralded era with seaside luxury hotels where the roller coaster and hot dog were invented.(November 11, 2009 - Photo by Mario Tama/Getty Images North America)
U-haul
I moved back to town. District 3, workingclass environment and old houses, built in the 1920s. The view is terrific and life seems to be everywhere.
Parking is a nightmare or you end up feeding the parking meters for hours....
But for next time I'll get a real mover truck and have the job done by professional movers, never ever will I carry all my stuff upstairs to the 4th floor!

Honda NT700V Deauville
Honda Deauville - the bike is named after the French seaside resort at the Atlantic coast. I really love this mi-seized touring bike which is somehow a small Honda Pan European or Kawasaki GTR. With its 680 cc V-twin engine, it just oozes low-down torque through its five-speed box and the fuel-injected, eight-valve lump puts out 64bhp at 8,000rpm and its top end is estimated at 120mph, enough to keep your licence for sure. I think it's one of the most underrated motorcycles on the market as it has a useful fairing with an adjustable screen, high bars, heated grips as an option, integrated panniers, shaft drive, a combined brake system with ABS and a large fuel tank for long distance cruising on A-roads. It offers around 200 miles between stops with an average of 45 to 50 mpg. Fact is that the Deauville is great reliable touring machine, affordable and cheap to run. Less is more. And last but not least: the bike is built in Spain, so it's a real Euro-bike.
